- Community leaderboards and rankings
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Premium Subscription
ClutchPass offers premium subscription services with the following terms:
- Subscription fees are charged on a per-season basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
- Premium benefits are valid for the duration of the active season
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClutchPass and Global Esports and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. VALORANT and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. ClutchPass is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Riot Games and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUTCHPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
